Partner program terms

These terms govern participation in the Cellesim affiliate / partner program. By applying you agree to promote Cellesim honestly and in line with the guidelines below.

1. Commission. Approved partners earn a 20% cash commission on the eligible order value (after discounts, before store credit) of each qualifying eSIM order attributed to their unique link. Commission rates may be adjusted for individual partners by written agreement.

2. Attribution. Attribution is first-touch and lasts for 30 days from the visitor's first click on your link. If a customer clicks another partner's link after yours within that window, the most recent qualifying touch may take precedence.

3. Reviews and holds. New partners' first conversions may be held for manual review to prevent fraud. Commissions become payable once approved.

4. Refunds and clawbacks. If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the associated commission is reversed and may be netted against future earnings.

5. Payouts. Approved commissions are paid on a NET-30 style cycle by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer once your balance reaches the $50 minimum threshold. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Promotion rules. No paid search bidding on Cellesim brand terms, no spam, no cookie stuffing, no misleading claims, no self-referrals, and no unauthorized use of the Cellesim brand or trademarks. You must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.

7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity, and withhold associated commissions.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.
