Yes. Your Cellesim eSIM for internet and your digital Suica/Pasmo/ICOCA cards (for trains and payments) work independently on the same iPhone or Android device. Using the eSIM for data will not interfere with your ability to tap your phone at ticket gates or convenience stores (Konbini).
