Answer: Activation is a simple two-step process:
- Installation (Before You Fly): Scan the QR code sent to your email (Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM). We recommend doing this at home or at the airport while you have Wi-Fi.
- Activation (Upon Arrival): Once you land, select your Cellesim line as your "Mobile Data" source. Most importantly, turn ON "Data Roaming" in your phone settings for the new eSIM to start the connection. Note: Your data plan validity only begins when you connect to the network at your destination.
